Everything was excellent, incredible location close to St Stephenson square, the staff were fairly friendly. I was there for 5 nights and ate at traditional restaurant with amazing food and bier and very good prices. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge were provided.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the historic old city. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Stephenplatz and very close to the center of the city. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, and the daily housekeeping service ensured we always came back to a neat and tidy space. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. They even arranged for a doctor to come to the apartment on a Sunday morning when my wife fell ill, which we are so grateful for. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a comfortable bathroom with toiletries. We also appreciated the efficient booking of taxis, which reduced our stress levels during our stay.

Superb location (U Bahn around the corner, restaurants and jazz club nearby, beautiful park 2 min. away...), very friendly staff and amazing quietness of the room, were things that impressed us the most. Whenever we'll come to Vienna, we'll be staying at the Hotel Appartments Riemergasse!

Great appartment on a terrific location. The elevator works again, so that is no longer a drawback :-) Had a great time in Vienna, also due to the great staff that could assist on reservations and provide some nice local tips.

It is nestled in the centre of the town, a short way from Kaerntnerstrasse. Plus, this hotel is right by the sightseeing places, Stephansplatz and lots of restaurants, and the Underground. Beautiful and upscale rooms with twin bed are accompanied by nice service.

The building is neat and the rooms are beautiful and upscale with very good shower, dishwasher and air-con. The staff are absolutely lovely and good and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

Wonderful place for a visit to Vienna, it has charming location to the sights in the First district and nice services.

The attention to detail was incredible. They provided a bath tub, gummies, chocolates, and even water in a jug for us. We were pleasantly surprised to find pillow spray in our room as well. The wine shop next to the hotel served delicious wine, adding to our overall experience. The hospitality was outstanding, and we were even gifted a bottle of honey from the bees they keep on the roof when we checked out. The location was perfect, near a shopping street and train station to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

This is more a hotel than an Appart-hotel. Location is fantastic. Rooms are very clean, and have amenities like in good hotels (slippers, toiletry, nice towels, minibar). Also, rooms are cleaned every day and towels refreshed (contrary to most apart-hotels). A Nespresso machine is also a nice touch. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place, in particular if they have a discount rate.

The elevator is not working, so we had to go up 5 floors (thus the reduced rate). This should be fixed in the next couple of weeks, but if you are not willing to climb 5 floors you should confirm if it has been fixed. For it it was not a big deal, and would still recommend this place.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was cozy and well-equipped with a coffee machine. The location was perfect, right in the city center, and the staff treated us with utmost kindness and professionalism.

The menu for breakfast could be improved by having it served in-house, instead of at a separate café a few blocks away.

Charming and brilliant location, around 4-6 minutes' walk from a high - tech museum. Upscale, splendid room with particularly nice views over cathedral. Absolutely lovely and good staff, wake up calls and ironing free of charge;)))
